1. Course & Workshop Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 24 hours of enrollment and before the course/workshop has started.
- Once the course has commenced or content has been accessed, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
2. Internships & Mentorship Programs
- For internship or mentorship enrollments, cancellations are not permitted once participation is confirmed or orientation has been completed.
- In exceptional cases (medical emergency, technical issues, etc.), requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with valid proof.
3. Digital Content & Access
- As our services are primarily digital (videos, PDFs, online sessions), once the content is accessed/downloaded, no refund is applicable.
- If you face issues accessing the content due to a technical glitch from our side, please contact us within 3 days for resolution.
4. Quality Assurance
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the session/content, reach out to our Support Team within 3 days of enrollment with valid feedback.
- If your concern is found valid, partial refunds or alternative course access may be offered.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.
- You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
